Prices are in Swiss francs, TVA (value-added tax) included. Non-returnable bottles.
Prices published at the time of purchase apply, subject to any changes in the collection, vintages, prices and conditions, the availability of the wines as well as corrections for clear mistakes and typing errors. Claims for damages due to clear mistakes and typing errors will not be considered.

Payment

Our members may choose between paying with a credit card or debit card.

Sales to minors

The law forbids the sale of alcoholic spirits, aperitif drinks and alcopops to anyone under the age of 18, as well as the sale of wine, beer and cider to anyone under 16.

Delivery conditions (apply throughout Switzerland)

Goods ordered by 10:00 a.m. will be delivered within 72 hours in the local area and within 5 working days outside the local area, and for German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. A requested delivery time is only considered definitive after our confirmation. Fonjallaz Sa is entitled to make partial deliveries, of which the customer is notified in the order confirmation, and cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to carrier-related events.

Guarantee

All of our wines are part of a rigorous selection process; we will therefore happily exchange any unopened bottle that does not meet your needs, within 3 months of purchase, on condition that the wine has been corrrectly stored.

Order confirmation

The sale is completed once the client has validated his shopping basket and a confirmation e-mail has been sent by e-mail. The client can complete or cancel the order up to the moment when it is being handled by our order processing team.
