Dézaley Grand Cru "Chapotannaz" AOC

The Wine : Rather dense garnet color, with delicately tiled reflections. The first nose is defined by an elegant aging in wood, with discreet notes of fine leather, behind which are jostled with intense aromas of black berry fruits. The mouth is particularly fleshy, perfectly balanced, very seductive in its definition, marked by very fine tannins. It is adorned with aromas of small ripe wild berries wrapped in a delicate woody note.There are no less than four grape varieties that make it up: pinot noir, diolinoire, merlot and gamay, to blend with the bouquet and the palate in a complex composition that I hope will seduce you.The gourmet pairing : It can only be the companion of a Châteaubriand, or a grilled marrow bone with fleur de sel.
