Very expressive nose marked by notes of ripe red fruits soaked in eau de vie (raspberries, strawberries, black cherries). Direct in its attack, typically well-balanced with good acidity and the near absence of tannins, giving the impression of roundness. In mouth, evolves around the fruit and the acidic mouthfeel makes it a gourmand’s wine. Long finish with raspberry retro-olfaction.

With tapas as an aperitif or with roast guineafowl with mushrooms. Or with grilled pork ribs with new potatoes sautéed with rosemary and bacon bits.

Serve at 12 degrees, drinking temperature 14 degrees.
