Dézaley Grand Cru “Chapotannaz” AOC
Pale yellow robe with gold highlights. Nose with flintstone and lovely exotic fruit, mango notes.
Supple in mouth with a good mineral expression and some acidity. Very long finish with a spicy sensation (white pepper); slightly effervescent, which reinforces the freshness.
Dézaley Grand Cru
“Jupiter” AOC
Robe of ruby red, grenadine highlights. Lovely limpidity.
Nose: genuine, notes of red fruit jam and menthol
Fruity attack underscored by good accidity. Good structure mid-mouth with a clean, straight finish.
Wine for fine dining. Pair it with a venison filet mignon with sauce St-Hubert or a boar escalope with apples.
Plant Robert
Lavaux AOC
Grenadine robe, good intensity.
Nose: small red and black fruits (cherries and blueberries). Acidic attack with solid tannins. Rustic touch. Long finish that ends with cherry. With roasted guineafowl with mushrooms or with souris d’agneau à la polenta.
Serving temperature:12-14, drinking temperature: 14-16.
Saint-Saphorin “Silènes”
Lavaux AOC
Grenadine robe with pink highlights.
Nose: black and red fruit notes (plums, cranberries, strawberries and raspberries). After swirling, floral notes (violet) round out the nose.
Supple attack with tight tannins; mid-mouth, a sensation of roundness, with a finish that has a hint of warmth.
Epesses “La République”
Lavaux AOC
Nose: discreet, then a second nose with complex notes of dried flowers and white-skinned fruits (acacia flower, white peach and apple).
Supple attack with a slight touch of astringence.
In mouth, supported by a fruity sensation with a hint of fizziness.
Finish: slightly lactic.
Montreux Lavaux AOC

Grenadine robe, good density.
Nose: intense and clean notes, with black fruit notes (blackberry and black currant) immediately evident.
Second nose: spicy notes of licorice, chocolate and vanilla one after the other, underscoring the complexity of the nose.
Supple, gourmand attack with soft tannins. Mid-mouth: silky and harmonious texture. Long finish, ending with licorice and wild blackberries.
Garanoir Vaudois AOC

Purple opaque robe with violet highlights.
First nose: inky, followed by black currant and wild blackberries.
Powerful attack with tannins that are very present but silky.
In mouth, good structure with a silky texture, rich in substance. Develops in mouth with a full structure and a finish with cherry notes. Retro-olfaction: black pepper. Easy to think this is a Gamaret !
Gamay Vaudois
AOC
Beautifully intense ruby robe with violet tones.
Aromatic fruitiness marks the nose immediately. First nose: cherry, then blackberry, blueberries, strawberry and raspberry. Second nose: a hint of floral notes (poppy) follow. Supple attack that wraps around, with a lovely expression of fruit that confirms the nose.
In mouth, it develops volume, fruit and acidity. Harmonious finish with a strawberry retro-olfaction. A friendly, easy to drink wine.
Grand Cru “Château du Châtelard” Lavaux AOC
The chateau’s vineyard stretches over six hectres that are together, to the east of the chateau, of which 1.5 hectares are planted with Pinot Noir.
The Hachette wine guide says of it, “a powerful nose of ripe fruits and vanilla, tobacco and leather.
In mouth, balsamic that brings out the generous material, fleshy and well integrated. What more can we say !
Gamay Romand
“Roche Rouge”
This exuberant Gamay is decked out with delightful notes of small fruits. In mouth they accompany a wine that is round and seductive.
Supple and fresh, long in mouth, it is a good match for everyday cooking.
Pinot Noir Vaudois AOC “Mavignan”
Grenadine red robe with cherry tones.
Very expressive nose marked by notes of ripe red fruits soaked in eau de vie (raspberries, strawberries, black cherries). Direct in its attack, typically well-balanced with good acidity and the near absence of tannins, giving the impression of roundness. In mouth, evolves around the fruit and the acidic mouthfeel makes it a gourmand’s wine. Long finish with raspberry retro-olfaction.
